Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use our website and services, we may collect:

  • Booking and journey details: pickup and destination, dates and times, flight information, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and child-seat requirements.
  • Account information: login and account details when an account is created.
  • Communications: emails, enquiries, complaints, feedback and other messages exchanged with us or our drivers.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, referral information, pages visited and cookie identifiers.
  • Transaction information: booking value, payment status and transaction references. We do not store full payment-card details.

Payments

Online card payments are processed by an external payment provider. Alpine Buses may receive payment status, transaction references and limited billing information, but does not collect or store your full debit- or credit-card number.

  • our employees, drivers, contractors and transport providers;
  • website hosting, booking, email, communications, IT and customer-support providers;
  • payment processors, accountants, insurers and professional advisers;

We do not sell personal data. Service providers may use personal data only for the agreed service and subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
